Registration forms can be downloaded by clicking here. Hard copies of the Registration Form are also available at the Savage Public Works office. Any medical concerns should be included on this form. Completed forms should be submitted with a check payment to Savage Parks and Recreation, located in the Savage Public Works building, 13770 Dakota Ave., via one of the options below:

• Register in person at our Public Works office, Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
• Mail your registration form to Savage Parks and Recreation, 13770 Dakota Ave. with check payment.
• City office’s 24-hour drop boxes. Located in the front entrances of Public Works and City Hall for dropping off of registration forms and check payments after business hours.

Do not include your credit card number on the registration form and do not send cash through the mail or the drop box.

 

If you have registered with Savage Parks and Recreation in the past, you already have an online household account. Please DO NOT create another account. To access your account, go to our registration site and log in. Once logged in, you can access your household calendar, view family rosters, reprint receipts, view registration history, register for classes, pay old balances, add emergency contacts and more.

The Data Privacy Act requires that we inform you of your rights about private data requested on our forms. Data is available to you. It will not be provided to the public. The information that you provide will be made available to necessary Parks and Recreation staff, third-party instructors, and the City's insurer and attorney. You have the right to withhold this data, but please be informed that Savage Parks and Recreation may not be able to complete your registration or get you program updates without a completed registration form.

The program will be held at the time and place indicated, and you are enrolled unless otherwise notified. View your household calendar online under My Account.

Savage Parks and Recreation is dedicated to providing programs that are of interest to the community. Registration deadlines are established to allow staff time to adequately prepare for programs. To ensure classes are held as scheduled, we ask that you register as close to the registration open date as possible.

In the event that a class fills, you have the option to be added to a wait list. We highly recommend that you get on your first choice wait list and also register for alternate classes (your second choice). We can always transfer you into your first choice if a spot opens.

Age requirements are set to prioritize the overall program experience. Participants must meet the age or grade requirements for each class or may be denied entry. Registrations are accepted until the class is full or until the registration deadline.

Cancellations prior to the registration deadline are subject to a $10 administrative fee per person, per activity; no refunds will be issued after the registration deadline date has passed. If the activity fee is $10 or less or the activity is cancelled by Parks and Recreation due to inclement weather, no refund will be issued. If the Parks and Recreation Division cancels a program or activity (low enrollment), you are not subject to the $10 administrative fee and all money will be refunded.

Savage Parks and Recreation offers scholarships for Savage resident youth 17 years and under. The application, along with proof of income documentation must be submitted for approval prior to activity registration; please allow up to 5-7 days for account set-up. We have designated a specific dollar amount for scholarships and will distribute on a first-come, fist-serve basis as long as the funds are available. This is subject to availability, will not be applied retroactively, and can change without notice. All recreation registration deadlines and refund policies apply to scholarship recipients.

Photographs and video are periodically taken of participants while they are in programs, at special events, in City facilities, or enjoy the parks. Please be aware that these photos may be published.
