PLEASE NOTE: Online reservations must be made 3 days prior to date of use. If you are interested in making a reservation within the three day window, use the information below to reach out to our staff. Calls Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., can be directed to 952-224-3420.

*If there are openings on the turf or in the batting cages while other reservations are taking place, walk-ins are welcome and no registration is required. These open times are first-come, first-serve. If there is not a reservation, there is not a staff person on site. Be sure to view the Current Schedule tab before visiting the Savage Sports Center for availability. Schedule is subject to change.

Reserve now and pay with a credit card online. (The User Group Information Form is incorporated in the online reservation process). There are no refunds once the reservation is made.

Request Now, Pay Later

This option is for pre-approved organizations only. In order to be pre-approved, please contact Recreation Manager, Chris Dill, at 952-224-3421.

Check Availability
Request reservation dates. (two options listed below)
- Submit User Group Form Rental Requests Document (The User Group portion of this document is required annually for account updates/changes).
  - This form must be submitted prior to reservation request approval for any tax-exempt organization wanting to be invoiced.
- Online Reservation Request (includes User Group Information e-form)

Staff will review your request and confirm or deny. You must be an approved organization to qualify for invoicing. Payment is due at the time of reservation for all other organizations and taxable individuals. Payment is required for one-time users before reservations will be confirmed.

Additional Information

*Batting Cage Waiver

All participants are required to sign the Batting Cage Waiver prior to use. A copy of this waiver can be downloaded, printed and signed, and brought to the Sports Center for use.

Severe Weather

If the Sports Center is closed due to severe weather, all efforts will be made to reschedule reservations or issue a refund.
