Welcome to the Savage Sports Center

The Savage Sports Center offers a climate-controlled space for staying active indoors during the months of November through April. When the dome structure is removed, the outdoor turf is available May through mid-October. The Savage Sports Center offers activities for people of all ages, and is a great space for reservations for athletic practices, private events, and more. The standard rental temperature inside the Sports Center is 59 degrees.

• The Savage Sports Center enclosed field is currently closed. It will re-open on November 4 through April 30.
• Reservations for the 2026-27 season will begin Monday, July 13 at 7 a.m. Any reservation requests received before July 13 at 7 a.m. will be processed after requests that are received on time. It is recommended that you make your reservations online as it is much quicker as staff have to enter more information on our end then the client. 
  • Visit the Current Schedule page to check availability to see if your desired time(s) are available before submitting a request. 
  •  When you are ready to reserve, all all reservations must be submitted on the official request form, available on the Reserve Now page.

SUMMER SEASON:

• The exposed turf during the summer months is available to rent as a whole turf. Visit the Reserve Now tab or contact the recreation office for more information.
