Time: 5:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Location: Police Department, 6000 McColl Drive
Cost: FREE and open to all interested adults, 18 years and older (participants are not required to live in Savage)

Police Department, SWAT
Investigations, fingerprint activity, crime scene
Traffic stops and LIDAR
Drone Team
Use of force (shoot/don’t shoot simulator, range)
Fire Department station tour
Fire Department gear demo
Medical assessment and treatments
CPR/First Aid Certification
Scott County Sheriff's Office K9 demo

The following are conditions of acceptance prior to participation in the Citizens Police & Fire Academy program. Applicants must pass a criminal background check in order to participate. Please download and complete the following forms and attach them at the end of your application; or email them within one week of submitting your application.
