Investigation determined no threat to Prior Lake High School
Prior Lake, MN - (June 26, 2023) The Prior Lake Police Department in cooperation with the Savage Police Department investigated a possible threat of violence to occur at Prior Lake High School, located in the City of Savage. The threat was made through a social media posting and upon investigation, the threat was determined to have no credibility. At no time was an active event or threat taking place at the high school or any other Prior Lake Savage Area School location. Prior Lake Savage Areas Schools canceled activities at the high school as a precautionary measure. No further information is available.
