Savage residents and businesses can receive water bill credits for replacing older toilets, irrigation equipment, washing machines, and dishwashers with approved WaterSense or Energy Star products purchased between July 1, 2026, and June 30, 2028, or until funds run out. To apply, residents must be connected to the City’s water system, purchase and install qualifying devices during the program period, submit an online application, and provide a receipt and photo of the installed device.
