Crews will unload them into a secured cart where Veteran Shredding will shred the paper on-site. Examples of documents to shred: papers with identifying information such as your birth date, signature, account numbers, passwords, PINs, social security numbers, deposit slips, credit card receipts, banking statements, and credit card offers.</p><p><strong>Accepted items include:</strong></p><ul>    <li>White paper</li>    <li>Colored paper</li>    <li>Folders</li></ul><p>(Staples, paper clips, and rubber bands do not have to be removed.)</p><p><strong>Unacceptable items include:</strong></p><ul>    <li>Three-ring binders</li>    <li>Large binder clips</li>    <li>Tapes/CDs/DVDs</li>    <li>Medical waste</li></ul>
